static shiv is gold efficient and provides crit and movement speed, so why don't I use it? well the reason I don't use that item is because I prefer the hydra for a few reasons.
1. AOE makes you better in team fights "but shiv has AOE too" yes but it isn't much and the hydra provides life steal and huge damage that static shiv lacks
2. hydra gives better split push than shiv
3. with hydra life steal soloing baron is a achievable goal
