Hi this is my first build..Just wanted to put out a fellow mantheon guide that works for me. Overall I find this build pretty solid. Specially if your a solo mantheon.
Each game lasts about 20mins..because Mantheon improved doesn't like babies.. HE EATS THEM!

Pros:
You hit like a truck repeatly
Dodge and block constantly like a annoying jax but better
No one can escape your burst and get away

Cons:
Crowd control can be a pain if so get treads instead.
People will try to focus unstoppable mantheon

Marks: 9 ARP is plenty self explain...putting out that damage.

Seals: 7 grt strength runes to increase manths really ownage along with 2 reli to make you little more tanky.

Glyph: 7 Increase your crt damage which scales off heartstrike. Overkill is fun.along with 2 ward resist making more tanky again.

Quints:Flat damage to do that spanking we manths<3

Offense: 21 offense for that burst and damage

Defense: 3 defense making early lane phase easy and sustainable along with our passive and runes.

Utility: 6 utility for making you spam those hard spears and slamming faces in.

Ninja boots making more manly and scales well with your passive. Whos bursting and not taking damage.You are my friend

Madreds quick farming in lane and jungle along with picking up buffs like a boss early. FARM FARM FARM<3

Your spear shot is your burst over and over again. Throw it to your enemy..again and again.when the moment rises with passive up. Throw your spear and pounce the enemy..and retreat into the spartan wall. Build the shield and last hit minions. Throw spears when you can. Wash and repeat.

Heartseeker at level two..to increase our spears 100% chance below 15% health. Because manly mantheon doesn't **** around!

Flash: As a warrior we know sometimes we must retreat to later return to finish the job or drop down on the weakling and splat him.

Exhaust: Stand and fight like a man or die scum!

Pick up your armor and spears men..MANTHEON as been called back to duty. This time he will show no remorse. Move out!
