We are trying to build a tank here. So were going to stack armor and some health.

As for the runes, As you can tell I went Armor, Some dodge and exp gain to level up faster

In the masteris it's a bit scattered.

I have placed three in ability power to give a little edge on your abilities,

Twenty One stacked through out defense

And six in utility, again for experience gain, some removal of time spent dead and health regeneration

The items are pretty straight forward, dodge chance, armor, health

I SUGGEST BUILDING NOT BUYING AT ONCE

And depending on your enemies, you may swap out Spirit visage with randuins omen for more hp and armor instead of magic resist, however its always good to resist some magic.

For the skills it's pretty open. I'd go with the arcane smash and stack that along with the twisted advance. you wont use the sapling much unless your just going to piss off the other team.

for summoner spells I would go with exhaust and ghost, to give you the seed to make it out and the slows so they wont escape or you can escape.

Overall. it's pretty basic just go for armor play smart and your team will do the rest.
