Yes u are right is going more than 40% its like 55%..i change juggernaut when i am at full build with 1 of the 3 options i have in the build ..thnx for that i will make it more clear

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm a noob, but isn't CDR cap 40%? You'll hit that with frozen heart, jugger and spirit visage alone, nevermind your masteries or locket.

Don't think of it as right and wrong. Do whatever you prefer, I just wanted to make sure that you have all of the facts when making your decision.

I think the help more in ganks ,marks for speed, masteries for some dmg, because the items are all tanky ...just my opinion if i am wrong i can change some things in build

Looks good on the whole aside from two things: masteries and marks. The marks are a matter of preference, and those're perfectly fine choices, but you should be aware that they do nothing for jungling. They're useful for fighting other champs, but that's about it. The masteries, though... It doesn't make a lot of sense to go 21-9-0 on someone you're building as a pure tank.
