Good job on a good guide, and I must say I agree with you 98%.

So here's my friendly 2%:

-Like Jackel92 said, getting Insight, the clarity buff mastery, is superior than the 15% longer neutral buffs since most of the time there is another champion who needs the blue and red buffs more than you. During a hard push, giving everyone that bit of extra mana is priceless and often results in downed towers, dead champions, and possibly a win. 15% longer buffs cant get you that much.

-I believe Shurelya's Reverie is greater than Soul Shroud, since you only have a total of 4hp/5 (Shurelya's gives you a huge 30hp/5 and a 15mana/5). It will also give you 15% CDR instead of 10, bringing you to 35%. Its built out of Kindlegem (same as Soul Shroud), but also Philosopher's Stone wich gives a nice little +5gold/10sec. Plus, it comes with a really handy buff-active for you slow lumbering tree and all your friends, great for pushing or to gtfo.

-Items worthy of mention in your build: Sunfire Cape against melee fighters and Ninja Tabi against auto-attackers.

I think Twisted advance is a lot better for support/tanks, only because his sapling toss level ups only give extra damage. Twisted Advance gives a long snare per level. Arcane Smash will work too, alternate skill build, imo.

Looks promising as a Support Tank build, i'll try it out for experience for when the situation arises, i'll be ready, good work.

Great build, I tried playing Maokai as a tank, as an AP/tank hybrid, and then a support like this... boy was I surprised by how much more effect I was with this build. +1

Very nice build... But I personally prefer to start out with a Doran's Ring, then go Chalice, etc.

Thanks for the input, foggy12. I was just trying to get a build out there to see what people think of it, get some discussion going, and hopefully nobody will say "The items for this build are ******ed. I didn't even read the rest."

Remember, this build is strictly tank/support, I wasn't going for damage output.

basically, what you do is, you dont release your guide on day 1, because that is when people are ****, go 1 week later and expand the guide, look at other mistakes and then release it, much more success that way

Haven't tried it yet but it looks like it could possibly work. One thing I wanted to point out though was that instead of taking Utility master I think It would be much more beneficial to take Insight, Especially if you have a caster lane partner (like Ez) who can spam spells, this way when you allow both you and your lane partner to continue laning for longer. Plus with someone else spamming spells, you can make more use of your passive, so taking insight just seems like a better choice.
