In this tutorial i will show you easy way how to be good nuker. Vladimir is nerfed really hard, however with your transfusion and tides of blood spells you can be sucessfull haraser farmer and killer too.

My runes are really simple Mpenetration and lots of ability power. May you think, that those runes are wrong but you have big chance to first blood with those runes so belive me :-).

Masteries are 9-0-21 they are also really simple: M penetration in offense and CD reduction in Utility.

Items are just for nuker. First build 2x Hextech Gunblade then (only if you are sure, that you will have lots of kills and assists) Mejas Soulstealer. And some AP items (late sell 1 hetech and 1 upgrade) finishing Rabadon.

Standart skills maxing: transfusion and tides of blood first (your main nuke abilities) and ofcourse maxing your Ultimate. At level 4 first level of Sanguine Pool (You will use it almost only as escapeing ability, because the damage is based on bonus health).

Ignite becouse its really stackable with your other spells and ofcourse its standart nukerk spell. And ghost is also really useable for you.

-Nerfed Totally isnt as strong as he was.
