Hey guys, this is my guide to Jungle Yi and the way I play it.

Eventually Ill post up a Jungle route depending on popularity.

This particular skill sequence gives you the alpha strike first for quick jungling, but once level 3 you have 2 points in Wuju Style so you put out enough damage on the blue buff to be able to solo it :). Also, once past level 6 having first preference to Wuju style then allows you to hit hard when coming to ganks instead of relying on damage from an Alpha Strike on opposing players.

With this build as you are jungling you definitely need Wriggle's Lantern. Its a must.

After you build your merc treads and Ghostblade its onto the Trinity Force. It is by far the greatest item ever made for Master Yi. Just watch how fast you destroy someone after landing a hit after an Alpha strike :)

I have left the last 2 slots of the build blank. The reason is that you cannot copy a build exactly to win all games. You require some basic knowledge on what items counter what champions and put them into your build if needed to win the game.

I start at Golems, Smite then alpha strike. Using 1 potion.
Then I move onto the wraiths, where I alpha strike the larger wraith and use Wuju style to finish it off if the Alpha proc does not work. Use 1 potion.

I then move onto the wolves, leveling then I do Blue golem. Using an alpha to engage and a health potion.

After you get blue, return to base, buy items then I seek first gank :)

Ganking with Master Yi with this build can be difficult. You do require a team to assist you in kills as in the build you are not using cleanse and you are wide open for stuns and snares.
If your team cant assist you or if they push their lanes too far you will have difficulty ganking early game.

Pros

Can Jungle extremely fast if not countered
Can assist all lanes quick and fast and gank when needed
Once level 6, very hard to gank in jungle with slows.

Cons
Very squishy
Easily countered by Udyr jungle
Lack of teamwork in ganks may lead to a feeding yi!
