Interesting that you suggested opting for Fleet Footwork and Gras of the Undying. Never really though about choosing those Keystones on Tryndamere, as I see Lethal Tempo as the bread and butter of this vhampion. I would like to see more detailed descriptions about these runes.

Also another thing to mention is that I am testing the new shojin and you should definitely give it a try as well. Kraken into Stride/Gore into Shojin and Seryldas seems to be a very good core build that works at least 9 out of 10 games and provides a lot of sustain + huge cdr combined with a good amount of damage. How ever you will lack of attack speed and crit so you should choose wisely which exact item to go since you have a ton of options

Heyy! Thank you for your feedback! The truth is that the guide is a little bit of outdated and you kinda want to use lethal tempo only since it is the most valuable keystone on tryndamere since a lot of patches. So you should be good to go just by using Lethal Tempo every single game since it is the most consistent one!

Guide could use some tips for fighting jax and vayne, they seem like really tough matchups and aren't covered! A bunch of other matchups also talk about using ingnite, but your guide says to never use ignite

It is kind of outdated as many things have changed (ex. you only play ghost no more ignite usage or other things like triple rejuv start etc.) On Jax matchup you basically want to outsustain him by short trading and spinning out on his counter strike. Vayne matchup not very winnable on higher elos but can be punished in low elos if she does huge mistakes like overstepping etc. Always run ghost and try to punish mistakes especially after level 6 that you can also dive a good amount of champions

It is not 'stolen'. I just copied many matchups that I completely agree with Yasukeh on how to play Trynd into. I changed whatever I believed I had to play according to my playstyle.
