I purchase 1 boot then buy 2 health potions, and I get 1 mana potion just in case i ran out of mana.Then I buy the Berzerker's Greaves to get attack speed. I buy one phantom dncer so my attack speed increase and critical chance. Then I get Blood thirster to raise my atk. And I jut buy Phantom then Blood then Phantom. When I fill my item space up, I sell my berzerker's greaves and buy another Bloodthirst.
