With doran's ring i can stay longer in lane cause of mana regen and health regeneration of meditate.

If we have tanks as enemies i insist to change the 2nd phantom and buy a madred in order to do more damage to a tank!!!!

Late game

When i have bought all my items if the enemies have to many cc characters with fear,stun,silence etc. (except slow) i sell berseker's greaves and i buy Mercury's Treads
