Attack speed runes help a lot at start till you take the 2nd PD. As for lifesteal you dont need to cause you have meditate for this. The reason i prefer to take 2 PD is not attack speed but critical strike and movement speed with 2 PD and one Infinity edge you have 85% critical chance which is a lot of critical chance and infinity edge boost your critical, and movement speed with highlander goes to 600ms with means you will fly around the map!!! As for masteries i think that as a mistake and thanks for noticing!!!

Don't see the reason to make 2xPhantom Dancer(PD) in the beginning, because you some lifesteal, how do you solve healing problem? And why do you need attack speed runes if with 2 PD and Highlander you will cap 2,5 AS? And do you really want to waste to masteries to spend less time dead?
