From what it looks like to me, I have read this guide, and Remain's Shaco the Insane guide, the Mid, and Late game part of the guide seems like an almost complete copy with edits to the items in late game.

ummm im Pretty sure it says "passive" recheck it again...it will only instead of Proc 1 it will do 2

"UNIQUE Passive: Your physical attacks infect your target, causing them to take 5 bonus magic damage each time they are attacked by any champion."
