OK dude, just put Wuju Style earlier but i disagree with your others propositions.
Indeed, i play him as a critical striker so your armor penetration become useless comparing to the critical damages. That's why i prefer take alacrity runes to inflict more critics.
Moreover, sorcery is useless (3% its ridiculous : ingame you win 3 seconds cooldown for 100 seconds total cooldown or 0.3s for 10s total or 1.8s for 60s total ! Wow ! Terrific !).
To continue, Executioner is a really good cheap and effective item. Just look others lifesteal items, i think 18% lifesteal, 15% critical strikes chances + the passive burn for 1350 gold is very nice compared to others items.
Eventually, i put heal in spells but precised in my description others possibilities such as : Exhaust + TP or Exhaust + Embrase. I can add that heal is very pleasant on Yi.

I will analyse your propositions and do some modifications if necessary.

Difficult to pump out damage early game with no Wuju Style. Bad choice of runes - armor penetration is far superior to attack speed in most cases. Unnecessary points in Archmage's Savvy when Sorcery would be much better. Executioner's Calling is a mediocre item. Heal is a terrible summoner spell on Yi.
