Here's some suggestions to improve.

1. Discuss your item build, why you choose it etc.
2. Give some original tips for game-play.
3. Offer some reasoning behind your Masteries choices.
4. Explain your reasoning for your summoner spells.
5. Include images using the [ icon = (item name) ] tags.

The item choices are fine and all, and everything else is nice, but the build is painfully standard. This is, item for item, the exact same item build as DEWO's Master Yi guide. I'm not accusing you of plagiarism or anything - it's just that there's nothing about this build that sets it apart from other existing builds on the site. Sure, you run attack speed Marks over armor penetration marks, but nothing else is really that different.
