Very nice layout on this guide. I agree with everything in this guide and I consider that you couldn't add much more since Master Yi is much of a straight forward champion, probably more champions to the counter jungle section and I see you didn't include a summoner's spells section.

Nice build

I think it's a pretty good build overall. One thing I would change is thr priority of Infinity Edge and Frozen Mallet. I really like that you get Phage after you get your wriggles as it will improve your ganks by allowing Yi to have some CC. However, going right into frozen mallet, assuming we're about 20:00 into the game, is a reverse-snowball move. You really want to be pumping up that damage during the mid game because soon people will start to build armor and you won't be able to do damage. Consider going Wriggle's Lantern -> Phage - Infinity Edge, while mixing in either ninja tabbi or Mercury's Treads. Having attack speed boots on Yi isn't really something I like to see because he gets such an attack speed increase from his ultimate anyway, so he really doesn't need them as much as he would more sustain/ cc reduction.

Another thing I would change is the Mao matchup. If mao catches you in his jungle he will make it very hard for you to leave without using your ult or your flash...

Finally, I would recommend trading out your flash for exhaust. The reasoning is that Master Yi has no CC pre Phage, so jungling without exhaust makes ganking very very difficult unless the lane you're ganking has very strong cc, such as Darius, Swain, or Ashe + Alistar.
