Ok people this is what we all waiting for, aftep playing wukong and tried some builds this is the best one worked for me!

Runes

Obviously runes are pretty clear, We Boost Wukongs passive armor pen and ofc we want his skills cooled down as fast as possible!!! you will be surprised how fast they cooldown late game!

Items

Items, we start with 2 dorans for the early game kills and harassment! later on we stack more armor pen among with some attack damage and late game EXCHANGE the Boots with a PHANTOM DANCER!

Skill Sequence

Our base skill is Q! this one stacks with the armor pen and we unload a LOT of damage on the enemy!!!
