Hello thar! Mah name is Megan and I'm an avid LoL player and professional Lulzor. Today I'm bringing my tried and true epic build to AP Tristana, centered around pwning faces off with your incredibly stronk nuke ult on a short cooldown. I'll cover the masteries, runes, items and playstyle you'll need to melt noobs and win games :D

Runes and masteries are obvious, in this build all AD runes and masteries will be forever alone as you choose AP/Magic over them. Mastery build is standard for AP mages, taking all applicable AP masteries as well as whichever support or defense ones you desire. Runes can be a mix of any flat and scaling you prefer. I prefer some scaling and some flat, as it helps me get some more damage early game ;)

Items, for me, is a strict build of heavy AP with a bit of magic pen, lowering enemy magic defense and a bit of attack speed mixed in. I get deathfire grasp for the epic troll, as I laugh to myself when I see Garens FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUing when their precious healthpool suddenly blows up to deathfire and buster shot :D

I pick up an early void staff to make use of the power of rocket jump and buster shot as early as possible, this also severely aids farming as a single rocket jump can easily WTFpwn a large minion wave in one single hit. Needless to say Trists' AP farming is far to stronk for any Ezreal or Karthus to match :p. Just be sure to open with Deathfire on a target then folow up with a buster shot. If they're not sufficiently pwned at this point, a quick rocket jump should finish the job.

I use flash and clarity for lane sustain and survivability. Rocket jump is a wonderful ability to trollface.jpeg away from that hungry Warwick after you just blew up his Teemo as is resets on champion kill or assist, but Trist is a squishly little yordle and it's always good to have an extra gap maker, especially because rocket jump on an AP tristana should be used primarily for offense, with the second jump being used to get back out of a teamfight, or make your trollface even wider ;p

That's about it. All I can really say is make sure to pick up deathfire because it's really the most broken item in the entire game and allows AP Trollstan- Er, Tristana, to stay coherent in late game scaling (As taking off a 50% chunk of the enemy's health is a great way to replace her AD autoattack).
