Masteries

I chose a defensive mastery. Vayne does so much damage but also needs to be durable. This allows you to stay alive and purchase all dps items.

Items

Phantom Dancer early is the core of this build. I get it before boots. Infinity edge next. I replaced Doran's blade with a Gaurdian Angel for end game.

Skill Sequence

Silver Bolts > Tumble. Get Condemn at Level 3 and leave it at rank 1. You need it for the stun. After Level 6 your skill priority is Final Hour > Silver Bolts > Tumble > Condemn.

Summoner Spells

Ghost helps close the gaps when chasing down foe's. Ignite will finish them off when they run behind turrets.

How to Kill

Initiate with Tumble followed by Condemn. Try to blast them into a wall or away from there turret so they have to run past you. Often times I will tumble behind them and then condemn them away. When they start to run away you pop your ult or ghost whichever is off CD and finish them off. Finish them with ignite and Silver Bullets if they make it back to there turret.
