It's good. I needed some help with runes.

I don't get it at all.
Flat mr is definitely not an unusual choice.
Armor seals are a necessity, especially vs ad casters or high damage junglers. They help with taking wraiths and absorbing minion aggro/ aa harass as well.
AD quints & marks are a no-no. Not knowing how to last hit is no excuse to gimp your rune pages -.-
Some things i agree with while i don't agree with a lot, leaving my vote neutral.

MPen isn't bad on Diana. Not sure what you're on. AD Quints are bad on Anivia. Froggen runes AD Marks, in case that was what you were thinking of. Never run Attack Speed Quints on any mid, even teemo benefits more from the early magic. Flat armor is always useful. Sometimes for minion agro, sometimes for AD casters, sometimes for Auto Attacks. In mid lane, players don't only harass with spells. Especially in the early game, AAs contribute a sizable amount of damage. Scaling AP seals are inefficient. Those are the main critiques, but considering there is very little to this guide, I think I'm justified in giving it a -1

okay this is bad. attackspeed quints in mid .. neither diana or kayle should pick them..
