Crit runes, thats not as bad. I would go Malady first for the attack speed instead of executioners calling. Then you get the other atk speed from the zeal.

I don't have attack speed or armor pen quints runes just crit runes is there any changes you would make to the build to support all crit runes and life regen quints?

There is a cap, thats why for this build we build into lifesteal/crit damage. The runes for attack speed do the job already. Which makes us not worry about any attack speed and work into the more important fields such as the damage output we can do. I'm not sure about the cap for speed at this very moment but I know there is one.

Splash damage is nice, I would consider the tiamat, But you're ult comes up every 1 minute or so and does the splash damage. Also by the time you're in a team fight, if you target 1 champ there dead almost instant. So splash damage is nice, but you're ult makes up for it, and when you DON'T have an you're ult. You single out champs that are not with there team.

What is your thoughts on a tiamat? The splash damage seems to be very effective in team fights.

The thing is, the 30% speed with runes is all you need. You get higher atk speed as you level and speed is nothing to worry about. Also the best part about Executioners is the life steal. That way we work to life steal and crit. Considering the fact that if you can stealth in and out correctly, you have all the atk speed you will ever want. I would also say the Quints are an option. I personally need those 5 seconds earlier for my ult. B-Greaves are just a joke that are just gonna slow you down.

i would get IE after Executioners since you have Executioners early to take full advantage of the higher crit rate. Quints should be in Armor Pen no question (or crit rate). I would also get beserker greaves to make up for an early deficit of atk speed (like getting zeal after IE).
