Thank you very much for the vote! Admittedly, I don't really like very much on Bankplank. First, you don't really need the CDR it gives you that much on most builds; the bruiser build I list already has 40% CDR, and the tons of damage build can't afford to give up any of its precious damages for it. Besides, has a similar effect, but has a weaker movespeed active in exchange for an AD active as well.

Also, the introduction has been updated. Hopefully it won't look like as much of a turd.
