i played this build. early i forced some problems but i really loved her late game damage. I prefer ebelynn ad to ap and i upvote this guide. i dont have an opinion for runes and masteries, but i think the itemization is nice

Useless build path on feral flare. Not ranked material.

Marks are good. They bring the best out of Eve. If you build Feral Flare and BotRK you should max E first to maximize the DMG output.

The second thing is frozen mallet... You already have 2 active slowing abilities, epic mobility and probably red buff. Frozen mallet is simply a waste of gold - AD from it is poor, health? there're better options, passive slow is useless for Eve cuz u can chase down every enemy. Better get sunfire/SV :)

I see you failed making boards for masteries and runes and end up with just a link. You can fix this by doing like this:

and

[runes=INSERTLINK]

.

I don't play much, but I always thought ad marks are the best choice (or atleast I use them).
Expand your explanations, they are very short. You could also add sections for ganking/warding/counterjungling/teamfights etc.
Add "greater" in front of every rune like this greater mark of hybrid penetration, or it looks like you talk about tier one runes.
