Effective, but then again so is any build where you have a mass AoE hero that eats team fights alive. Please work on runes, attack speed does not benefit Miss Fortune's abilities at all and that is what your main concern is when farming, especially with a Manamune. Some cooldown reduction would be nice and some mana regen to support it, or even double cooldown reduction in seals and glyphs and mana in your masteries, while picking up Armor penetration quintessences and marks.

Hmm , I have to say this build works kinda nice and solid, but I'm not so impressed by your runes... You should really rework them...

But all in all: Best Miss-Build ATM.
