Meow Meow Meow, after playing ranked I realized my previous build was not gonna work for MF, so I am making another one which will be a little more balanced. It is kinda sad they nerfed MF though, cause shes kinda weak and out classed by other champions. Well here it is.

Lets start with runes. For red I choose armor pen cause I just see her better with armor pen in late game. For yellow mana regen, cause I like it, no reason. Well mana regen for yellow is better than blue. I find if you decide to harass a lot then your mana just disappears. And for blue you can either get more mana regen or more mana regen. For Quin I get armor pen.

Red - armor pen
Yellow - mana regen
Blue - mana regen
Quin - armor pen

For masteries just look up... o.O

It is 21-0-9

Get double up first, and use it to your advantage. Then one on make it rain, and one on impure shots after. I max double first followed by impure shots cause that will give you the most dmg output. To me make it rain is just if you feel like wasting mp. I max it last cause it FRICKEN scales of ap, WTF?! And ofcourse your ulti whenever you get the chance.

Flash and ignite.........
Flash is overrated but its good for ganking and not getting owned. I only get ignite cause I rage if someone gets lucky and gets away with 10 hp or w/e and I would be like "Fricken hell, shouldve gotten ignite".

All right items. So I start with a normal dorans blade. Then I like boots of speed, after it I can decide if I am going to get a second dorans blade if I feel like it or not. If not then I just get my bf sword. Then comes my zerker boots. And finishing the bf sword to an infinity edge. With the infinity edge, you will have some nice dmg. Now I don't like to get phantom dancer for MF for att speed, instead I get a black cleaver. You will probably find that you are squishy right now, so go get a fricken Frozen mallet. Depending on the team you can get it before or after the black cleaver. Then I like to get life steal so I go with a blood thirster. Remember to stack it. Then I just sell my dorans blade for space and get either a banshees veil or last whisper, depending on the enemy team. The order can be switched to blood thirster instead of infinity edge so you can stack the stats in the lane but I went with a more secure way for dmg. I however prefer bloodthirster first because you will get the time in lane to farm it up but in late game you might find that you don't have that same amount of time. Now lick it.

For the last item it can be anything but here are some possibilities:

If you didn't know already to execute a nice ulti:

When in a good position make it rain slowing them down and ulti. Range on the ulti is pretty nice. I like using make it rain to harass or to zone. For some reason everyone's scared of circles. With double up it allows you to hit a target and the target behind it. If you can master it, you can then use it for its massive range for harassing.

Last hitting is a huge skill you learn over time in LoL. I can't stress enough that last hitting is such an important skill. Better you last hit, faster your items. A farming method I use is I make it rain and that will probably make the minion wave low enough for you to one hit them. End of story.

Protect MF...
Calling mia would help MF a lot... (obviously but I still see a lot of people that don't)
Now for MF, you can save your teammates from getting chased with make it rain. Also it is good for ganking, and zoning. With a well executed ulti, it can help greatly. The ulti out ranges the tower so use it to get the guys running away. If you decide to lane top or bot with a teammate, cooperate to harass and zone exp out of the enemy. Check bushes with make it rain and take the bush to your advantage.
Meow...

- Don't be an idiot and engage... let the tanks engage and keep range from the enemies, if they decide to rape your ***, you will get raped.
- Target the carry and healers first (common sense)
- Try not to get hit so you get to keep your strut, good for avoiding skill shots like anivia's ice cube.
- Harass when you can but don't get harassed, you want to stay in lane as long as possible, to farm and level
- Help your fricken team mates, gank for them, with strut you can reach any other lane with ease
- Play safe, you are squishy.

JOKES... BTW, you can switch any item around depending on the enemy team. This build is not going to work for every team there is, so I am leaving a lot of room for you to customize it to your own way. This is just a guide for you. Have fun, and stop being a hater.
