Sure you can handle me?.

Miss Fortune is commonly viewed as a rather easy hero to play, yes Miss Fortune does not have a skill shot other than her Ultimate but the reason why there is such a big difference between a good Miss Fortune and a Bad one is:

-Miss Fortune is very squishy both early game and late game and she has to be built in a way that we can fix this here are where the 3x Doran's Blade come in play, 360 health will give you the much needed survivability 18+ damage will make last hitting easier and 12% lifesteal will let you lane for longer.

- Miss Fortune is a very hard carry champion and must be played like one therefore Creep farming is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT approximately 19 creep kills: 1 champion kill that's around 4 creep waves without counting the side jungling you will be able to do with the x3 Doran's. TIP: Dont be afraid to use your ult on creep waves specialy early game, your ult is very good in team fights but its use diminishes in the laning phase so dont be afraid use it on minions, get MORE CREEP KILLS and scare you opponent away!

- Red Buff, Oh so useful on Miss Fortune, your team should help you get this every time it is up but guess what you'll be able to solo it at lvl 7 with your x3 Doran's, you will be able to hit around 200 dmg a hit at lvl 11 with red buff and Impure Shots.

-Strut, Miss Fortunes Passive, makes her run speed stack up as she leaves combat. ABUSE THIS this is where most MF's fail, alot of miss fortunes think that because of this they don't need to buy boots, Oh so wrong it stacks with boots and plus imaging what dropping from 400 movement speed to 320 will feel like when you get hit? Strut allows Miss fortune to:

-Help other lanes
-Leave a team fight and backdoor
-Avoid getting hit by Skillshots early game
-Leave a track of hearts behind for enemies to fall in love with you


Lets go into abilities.

Strut - Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 movement speed after 7 seconds of not being attacked, increasing each second up to 80 maximum bonus speed.

Talked about before, remember to abuse it!
Miss Fortune fires a bullet at an enemy, damaging them and a target behind them.
Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+) physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first. Applies on-hit effects.

This is your bread and butter, and amazing harass ability all through the game specially while laning, It's rather tricky and you can't always pick the second target it's going to hit but you can perfect it so you hit the one you want! :D
TIPS:
-Double up bounces of from the target you casted it on to one that is behind, it prioritizes the target who is DIRECTLY Behind but if theres one parallel it will go for this one.
-Look at the enemy minion setup it's usually like this:

--X- -X--
-X- -- -X-
--X- -X--

this is the way the come in, casters usually stay the same way, notice the middle caster minion is behind everyone else? this is your guy if you are being offensive and your opponent champion is just staying back when he comes a little close double up this minion, remember double up goes behind from YOUR PERSPECTIVE.
Miss Fortune passively increases damage dealt to a target with each strike. This ability can be activated to increase Miss Fortune's attack speed and cause her attacks to lower healing received by the target.
Passive: Miss Fortune deals 6/8/10/12/14 (+0.05) magic damage to her target with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times on the same target.

Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30/35/40/45/50% for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50%.

Pretty self explained, don't forget to use it on Turrets when pushing them and when coming into a team fight the attack speed buff is rather large and can really screw up a team with a soraka or sona.
Miss Fortune unleashes a flurry of bullets at a location, dealing waves of damage to opponents and slowing them.
Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing 95/155/210/275/335 (+0.8) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds.

Make it rain is an amazing ability for creep farming, closing off an enemy's exit point and protecting turrets. Make it rain's slow is amazing for letting your team's cc catch up to your target as you have the lead because of Strut.
Miss Fortune channels a flurry of bullets into a cone in front of her, dealing large amounts of damage to enemies.
Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 60/85/110 plus the higher value between (0.2) or () magic damage per bullet.

Discussed before, remember to use it on creeps also remember it can be interrupted! by any knock up or stun so position it well, also remember that it goes through walls. It's a very good fight initiator.

What to be afraid of.
Headbutt and knock up be far away from him when ulting and just be scared of him at all times.
Same reasons as Alistar, keep track of these guy's cooldowns.
You hate this guy screw him. Sometimes I even wait for Xin Zhao to die before going in a fight... lol
Will Screw you, run away from it, keep track of who has it and it's cooldown.

So, Killstealing yes it's sometimes is a trouble on Miss Fortune because she is not bursty (atleast not regurarly) but we can fix that, Miss Fortune's highest damage is when she has stayed on the same target for 7+ seconds, this is because of her Impure Shot's stacks, so to avoid getting Ksed or to KS you need to concentrate burst in the last seconds before an enemy dies, to do this you have to manage to stack your auto attack with your double up this and your Impure shot proc will assure you the kill, Happy KSing guys!
