Introduction
For those who brave the harsh seas of Runeterra, attaining one's own ship and crew is the pinnacle of success. Sarah Fortune, a well-respected (some would say legendary) bounty hunter from Bilgewater, was able to achieve this feat just after her sixteenth birthday, etching out her name as the go-to gal for resolving special troubles. No bounty was too difficult or too dangerous for her feminine charm and her renowned use of her twin pistols, ''Shock and Awe''. Her success gave her the means to legitimately purchase her own ship... with a little flirtatious haggling, of course. Things weren't always so fortunate for Miss Fortune, though. When she was young, trade ships began to dot the horizon of her quiet home in the northern shores of Blue Flame Island's largest chunk. Trade routes brought piracy, and the inhabitants soon found themselves caught in a frenzy of pillage.
One day, young Sarah returned home to hear gunshots and screaming. Her front door was smashed open; inside, she saw her mother lying in a pool of blood. A sudden blow to her head made her collapse next to her slain mother. The last thing she could remember were her attacker's red eyes, as his face was blocked by a rogue's bandana. Miss Fortune has a strong distrust for pirates and she finds herself constantly bickering with the infamous Gangplank (the only captain to resist her charms) over the direction of Bilgewater politics. Her two goals: to unite the people of Bilgewater, making them into a strong and independent society, and to find the pirate who killed her mother. To that end, she has entered the League of Legends as a champion, trading her skills for the wealth and influence that will help her accomplish both.

The masteries basicly speak for themselves. You want the highest possible Damage output on Miss Fortune. And that's what I did at the Offence tree.
When you completely max out that offence tree, there are 6 points left. Which I normally throw into Max Mana and Mana regeneration. Why?
As I explained at the Runes it gives you the mana to keep poking both close ranged as well as long ranged champions. Dubble tap has a huge range that normal ranged AD carry's don't have.
Other viable options are:
Good hands and swiftness, but I mostly don't pick them because I don't need more movement speed, Miss Fortune is speedy thanks to her passive and items. Besides I can't get that 2 extra mana per 5 sec, that I'd want so badly since I don't have Expanded.
You might also want to go into the defence tree a bit, just to get that extra substainabillity , but unless you are playing a high level game, I wouldn't recommend it.

Recommended Summoner Spells
Almost every champion in game has this spell because the speed boost is insane for helping you get places, escaping, or even killing enemy champions.
Godsend for Miss Fortune as a carry she will get focused a lot. It will also allow to position yourself for your ultimate.

Well knowing that each have their style of play but I think it is necessary to start to get skill "Make It Rain" because it slows the opponent and champion it is easier to killing, and "Double Up" is also good because the damage to minion can get lucky and hit the champion behind the minion, and they doi have a defect that will cost is what some mana.
Well we can not forget that the Impure Shots is very important to be able to damage the opponent faster but this ability is the best we can quickly destroy a tower.
Well finally I can not forget to mention the ulti that is able to items made.
Make It Rain- I like to get Make It Rain maxed out first because it allows you to harass the enemy and pick up minion kills while laning as well as farm quickly while running through the bush. It is also one of your AP focused abilities. Once the cd gets lower on this it can really piss off the enemy. A slowing aoe in a teamfight can be a real pisser!
Impure Shots- I like to alternate between Make It Rain and this, but I find that Make it Rain works better for harassing at the start. This is your other AP focused ability as MF. The attack speed bonus, and 4 stacking damage mixed with your item build should wreak havoc on the enemy.
Double Up- I choose to max this one out last of course as it is an AD focused ability. I do get it at level four though just so that it can be used if you need to finish off a fleeing enemy.

Always stay in the back and try to shoot your ult at the good moment . You can shoot by a wall with , so don't be afraid . Kassadin is one of your worst enemy . He can disable your ult and almost one shot your *** if he's fed . Be carefull . Your best harassing combo is E / Q . You slow with E and shoot with Q . The teamfight combo is E / R .
