Foreword for MF
Miss Fortune is an extremely great carry, with such great harassing potential. MF is very item dependent, so farming up in your spare time is vitally needed. With her passive, strut, she can casually farm up on minions while dodging various skill shots. But after she has been initially hit, her movement speed bonus will drop, making it possible for the enemy champion to initiate a fight, causing you to me drastically hurt because you're way to squishy.
Fortunately, she's a decent farmer.

-Hearts follow in a trail behind MF as she struts<3
-No escape mechanisms
-Needs good positioning in teamfights
Ghost: Ghost is a great way to chase down fleeing enemies, and used as an escape mechanism. MF has no way of fleeing when caught in a situation where you know you're screwed. Ghost combined with strut will help you hightail out. Catching up to an Ashe with a juicy one bar of HP left is the best feeling every, especially if you finish her off with a headshot.
Flash: In addition to ghost, flash can also be used to escape from champions trying to steal your loot. Flash can also be used tactically, you can flash in to shorten the distance of you and the enemy, giving you a guarantee of a full duration of your ultimate in your enemies' face.
21/0/9, 'nuff said. maximize your damage output with the extra 5% damage with every bullet. I put 9 masteries into the utility tree, hitting the 15% longer duration of neutral buffs for the sexy red buff.
Like all DPS, i always like to build critical chance and straight up damage, making for a ridiculous amount of damage. After your key items have been complete, you'd be able to deteriorate enemy squishys, decimate enemy champions in team fights. I guarantee you that you yourself would feel guilty in real life for such an onslaught.
You first start off with a Doran's Blade for the additional Dmg, Lifesteal, and Health. This can help you maintain a lane early game, as MF is a great mid solo.
I like to rush infinity edge, and because of her passive, you can advance into mid-game without movement 2 speed boots. After infinity edge, the boots of your taking differentiates depending on the enemy team composition.
Getting two phantom dancers will make you ******ic, 80% critical chance total.
Adding a bloodthirster can make you have a nerdgasm, as criticals can reach a peak of 800 physical damage.
Frozen Mallet helps if you're having HP issues, cause sometimes you're not going to be able to carry when you have ****ing feeders on your team, this will help with this issue. The slow from FM can help give MF some sort of CC other than her bullet time. So get these items, and wreak havoc to the Champions of Summoner's Rift.
Strut(Passive): Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 movement speed after not taking any damage for 7 or more seconds, increasing each second up to 80 maximum bonus speed.
--One of my favorite passives in the game, this can help you gank lanes with ease, farm up on minion kills, and helps you position yourself to head shot the opponent.
Double UP(Q): Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first. Applies on-hit effects. Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Mana
Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds
Damage: 35 / 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 (+0.75 per attack damage)
--The best harassing tool of the century. When the enemy champion you're laning against is too ***** to stick their head out too far, you can just pop a bullet onto a close by enemy minion, and the bullet will ricochet off for collateral damage.
Impure Shots(W):(Passive): Miss Fortune deals magic damage to her target with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times on the same target.
(Active): Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50%.
--I max this skill second, cause the bonus damage helps you farm up minions, as the damage accumulates after every hit. When this skill is active, you can push towers, and cause enemy champions reduce healing, possibly giving them cardiac arrest.
Make It Rain(W):Miss Fortunes fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit for 1.5 seconds. Cost: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 Mana
Damage: 95 / 155 / 210 / 275 / 335 (+0.80 per ability power)
Slow: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 %
-- MF's only CC, this can help you get a ton of creep kills. I max this out last, as this is essentially needed early game. A miniature copy of the fellow pirate's ultimate, this can help CC down enemies and deny laning champions of exp. Putting this **** down will cause enemies to think twice when engaging you.
Bullet Time(Ult):Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing damage plus the higher value between 20% of her ability power or 30% of her bonus attack damage as magic damage per bullet.
--Oh ****, its MF's ULT! A nicely positioned ultimate can lead to multi-kills, especially when you're in a team with Sona and Amumu. This also can also be used to catch escaping enemies when you're out of range.
Playing Miss Fortune
My number one focus when playing MF is focusing down the squishys, survivability, and just overall carrying the team. MF is unadvised for beginners, as she is very hard to use. MF loves lizard buff, which is a great substitute to disable enemies before you get FM. Getting Lizard buff can help you drive by your enemies with ease.
Because you are so squishy, stay behind your tank for cover mid to late game. You're ultimate can range over walls, and use that to your advantage to surprise attack the **** out of your enemies.
Try to take mid lane, because she's an extraordinary pusher, you will dominate mid lane.
My combo for MF is to Make it Rain a little behind my target, impure shot and cap as many bullet into the target's skull, then double up the squishy. You're ultimate is great in unison with an AoE stun, but if you want to be a jerk, you can initiate your ult after the enemy team is low, but you will be flamed and you were be marked as a jerk.
You're a carry, get mid lane, rape **** up with your duel wield.
