Miss fortune is a good adc thar has very helpful abilities.

I chose 21 points in mainly ad because miss fortune is an ad champion.i also took 9 points in defence because even though the extra movement speed and mana regeneration would be nice I prefer the health and armour/mr

For runes I take flat attack marks and quintessences becaust they help your damage output a lot early game. I have flat armor seals and flat magic resist glyphs so that im not so squishy.

My items are pretty much completely offensive so that I can kill quickly but if you are dying to often feel free to buy defensive items, as this is just a guide
