Introduction
Pros
1.) You can easily melt enemy tanks, along with any other member of the enemy team.
2.) You can lane anywhere, mid, top, or adc.
3.) You have 550 basic attack range, which the same as Ezreal's.
4.) If you're playing adc, you have ****ton of harass, and your stun is one helluva counter for anyone.
Cons
1.) You're completely screwed if your attack speed is dropped.
2.) Since you're Kennen, you're super squishy.
3.) Since you'll most likely be going mid, you're going to have to be really careful, since most AP carries have CC, the bane of Kennen.
4.) Worst of all, you're going to have wait 20 auto attacks before you full DPH combo, Surge Passive, Spark, Razors and Wit's are available. Unfortunate, but true.

You're as good as dead if you extend past 1/2 way through your lane at this point. Until you're able to get your Revolver, your only sustain is Summoner Heal, and you're better off saving that. Why? Because early game, you can't do much damage. The only real way to get kills is to either pick off low-health champs in fights, or bait enemy dives, then heal and stun them. You can't do much else but farm.
Around the 25-minute mark is when you start to become a threat to the enemy team. By now, you should have your Tri-Force. You're able to deal a pretty good amount of damage now, but only if you're able to land all of your abilities, and time launching them with the availability of the sheen passive. Otherwise, just stick to farming.
Now you're the biggest threat on your team. As being mixed, you're ont easily countered by banshee's veil like AP Kennen, so you can really wreak havoc. The only really counter you have is someone who can slow your attack speed, ie. Ezreal. Since you should have your full build, you're virtually unstoppable and you can destroy your enemies health as you please. Get ready for tons of multi-kills.
