I agree with AfghanWalrus, TF over FM anytime. It's a SUPERB item for Poppy.

Also, why Dodge seals? I see no use for them, since you don't have Nimbleness. Yet you have 25% dodge (Phantom Dancer, I know).

I lol'd at the title of this build , you always make them funny. This seems like a good build to try , but IMO , I rhink you should get Trinity Force insted of Frozen Mallet , because its a nice all around item for Poppy , the Triforces Sheen buff will own the enemys hard , and you still get the slow but its still a percent chance of it happening. Just my two cents. :) +1 on the build.

This is a pretty nice guide. You will be informed about the things you need to pwn as poppy, i also like the Item Build I use roughly the same.
