Spells:
Teleport
Flash
Ability Order
Darkness Rise (PASSIVE)
Mordekaiser Passive Ability
Skill Sequence
Siphon of Destruction -> Creeping Death -> Mace of Spades
If you decide to engage a champion, be sure to have your shield fairly loaded before you go to attack, otherwise there is a high chance that you will die.
Rotation vs. Champions:
Mace of Spades -> Creeping Death -> Siphon of Destruction
Make sure you have MoS and CD pre-cast on you, otherwise the cooldown will be too long to keep bursting.
After that first sequence, try and repeat them when ever any come off cooldown and at about 25% enemy HP, cast your ult. Children of the Grave and keep casting what ever you can.
