This is my first build and i have been maining Mordekaiser longer then i can remember. Hope you find this very useful and if you do vote it up. Thanks!

With these runes Mordekaiser is fairly tanky but has a lot of AP and magic penetration. He needs to be tanky late game because he is melee and needs to be able to charge in, but also needs to pack a punch.

These are basically default AP Mage Masteries but instead of mana regen or anything in support I go for defense which helps with his tankyness.

I always prefer Flash and Ignite but if you are playing very offensively you could potentially get Ignite and Exhaust. If you are very new to Mordekaiser and want to be very evasive you could get Ghost and Flash but I wouldn't recommend that. Another good option that i sometimes use is instead of Flash and Ignite i used Ghost and Ignite [/h1]
