you have to change spirit visage, you should also put alternative items than those on your core build if you want to improve your guide
Then i was like "Oh wait that would actually work."
I didn't work well for me :D ... too squishie at the start of the game, they always focused me ..
I generally take the solo lane, and I do have that problem sometimes. If you are getting focused, get your Hextech Revolver and Vamp Scepter, then build either a full Frozen Mallet or just a Giant's Belt.
