it is health regen per 5 instead of 6 xD. Build looks ok, but have you considered that health regen is great when you are farming, but not that great in pvp and teamfights. Still you've got some nice combo set up with frozen mallet and rylais scepter. I've used it before and it works great! Overall a good build. +1
