Well it's not too bad I suppose, your runes are definitely tank worthy. I would take that 1 point in Mystical Vision and it in Quickness, just because you don't have Clairvoyance as a summoner spell, and you gain an extra 1% base movement speed. Also you may want to add in a armor based item, such as Thornmail or Guardian Angle. But I am gonna have to thumbs down, due to missing things, you have no description of why your using said runes, what abilities you get and in what order. Or Early/Mid/Late game strategies. Don't get me wrong your going in the right direction, and I wish you the best.
