Updated it to Force of Nature + 2 Sunfire Capes ?

I went on the forums and this was actually what I got in response to my Item build, except for the banshee veil but I see how that works. The Health Regeneration is suberv seeing as how the 0.35% is per second meaning you will have a 1.75%/5sec if you compare it to Warmog's 65hp/5sec.

But what if you went like this:
Regrowth Pendant, Mercury's Treads, Phage -> Frozen mallet, Force of nature, 2x Giant's belt, 2x Sunfire cape Upgrade?

i'll be sure to try it out, +1

I find that spirit visage is necessary to his life. Even without warmog, it still helps all your regen by 30%. If you can keep your shield up, it'll take more than 1 or 2 players to get you down. My two cents.

sorry, double post.
If you stack ninja tabi and phantom dancer for example, it'll make a pretty aggressive build, but with the runes and all, you end up with 36% dodge, which is pretty bad ***. If not, well a banshee's veil or a force of nature will help greatly. Again, Force of nature stacks pretty well with warmog. That, or get a stark's fervor for the life leech, and something to hit hard. but you always need some piece of armor to stay up.

I've seen this before ingame,

You need Warmog's dude, Complete ownage from Mordekaiser natrual abilties.
TBH, you're just making it harder for yourself - This is all Theory Craft.
