So... Jungle Mordekaiser. What is the purpose of this? I really don't understand. Isn't the point of a jungler to gank the map and kill dragon... and morde is slow to kill dragon and is a less than ideal ganker unless he's middle? i'm really not trolling here. If there is a point to jungle kaiser I want to try it for a few games.

Yeah but I do that to show the EXACT item build that I go. Like if I just put them all lined up as the end-tier item than you wouldn't see exactly what to get although you might know the prime item order. Such as for my Force of Nature I build the 2 Regrowth Pendants and than additional items before building the Negatron Cape and finishing the recipe. I do see what you mean tho and how there is a lot of items there and could cause confusion. Thanks for the criticism tho, I appreciate the input :)
