Well Cho'Gath ... the character that makes you say " oh f*** " when he is in oposite team and " f*** yea !" when he is in yours. Cho is one of "holy trinity of best tanks in LoL" , you keep trying and he just WONT DIE !

Pros:
- good farming
- good harrasing
- awesome survability
- Great ambusher
- great damage with feast ( very low cooldown )
- Easy in mastering

Cons:
- He just cant catch he's food when its running away
- Can not help his team without mana.

How 2 Play with Noms master:

Early game - quickly grab your dorans ring and hp pot and rush to the bushes. You need dorans ring for some mana regen , its very usefull in early becouse you can harras more and can be asured that when the " Time of noms" will come you will be ready. If you are not sure of 2nd bushes throw ruputure to check them or just to harras. When minions will spawn harras enemies as hard as you can and kill as much minions as you can becouse your main goal in early is to get Warmongs armour. With this item fun begins. First be sure that you have boots of swiftness , it will be usefull to catch your meal.

Mid game - If i'm right you should have now: Dorans ring, Boots and Warmong. Now you should think what are you fighting with. If enemies mainly are ap users you know you have to get force of nature , if you are having problems with carries , grab thornmail instead. Remember That Cho is great ambusher so feel free to help your teammates on mid or another lane. Ruputure , feral scream and your teammates should do the rest, if you think you are lucky ( or greedy :P ) you can try to get some noms or then but remember that the place when your food runs behind turret ITS YOUR DEATH LANE ( of course depends of HP that your meal have < feast & run > ) also check that your enemies have heal or exhaust.

Late game - Its teamfight time , you have to atack their team first so they will target you first , then your team should take care of nukes and carries one by one , you with your ruputure and feral scream are supporting them in fight , ofc when you see that someone have low hp you NOM him . In late when you are about 3,5 k health you can try ( with some good carries ) to destroy turrets alone - ofc you tank becouse turret is doing almost nothing to you now.



Summoner spells :
I take ghost for Omnomnoms and ignite if i dont menage to eat them

You can also try to take teleport - imagine the look on the faces of 2 carries when they camp the minion you are telepoting to and they see something 3 times bigger than them Its like: "OMG! We are all going to die !" <ruputure> "maeby i will escape with this ! " <feral scream> "Oh, gosh i cant run away, Help meeee.... < feast > "

Bulid alternatives:
In Mid game I said something about thinking about who are we playing against.
Nukes, ap users - Force of nature , Carries, dps - Thornmail

also instead of sunfire cape you can have guardians angel , if you think your team will save you WHEN TANK DIES (hehehhehe)

In Late game, you should sell doran's ring and buy instead guardians angel. At this point you dont need such things as mana regen :D
