Fisrt of, this build is for owning mid, extreme push thanks to Tormented Soil, so first priority is to max it.

Its crucial to keep gettin the blue buff to have an easier game. About the items always go for Zhonya's Ring first, after you get it, sell the Doran's Ring to get an extra income, after that just follow the sequence.

A little tip, if you ultimate the enemy team, and they are all over you, use Zhonya's effect after activating the ultimate so they get stuned rigth after the effect of the ring ends.
