Morgana Dominating Dominion
Great build, only thing I dislike is the Rod of Ages - it seems like it has no point. Her passive has a spell vamp, and mana regen in Dominion is crazy so you wont even run into problems. Everything else is amazing.
I build Boots + Blasting Wand to start , then depending on how much gold I have when I go back, I finish the boots or get the Larde Rod - rushing Rabadons.
I've tried your suggestion, I gotta say it's useful but the Catalyst gives more control early game since you can hold out longer on the battlefield. I know late game the RoA isn't that useful because it needs to charge up ten minutes, so I'm looking for another item for the early game.
