This is just a good Morgana AP build that I use. I'm only lvl 10 when posting this, so I have tier one runes and is not able to play ranked and more competitive games. If I've been able to farm properly I usually have around 600 AP late game.

*UPDATE*

Doran's Ring for the start, keeps you alive and gives ok mana reg. The shoes for obvious reasons of speed and magicpen. Just to keep your mana up we get the chalice of harmony, is also provides some handy magicres. Voidstaff will provide some AP and the valuable 40% magicpen for a fair price. Nows where we start to build up the real force. Deathcap and hourglass. hourglass gives you a fair amount of armour and the active "shield" spell. The 30% AP boost makes huge difference, this is what keeps the kills coming. I usually just dish out even more Deatcaps for even more damage. But if you feel too squishy you can grab a Rylai's Crystal Scepter instead of the second Deathcap. Doran's Ring will have to go for us to be able to get the last Deathcap. Elixir of Brilliance is a good item which you want to pick up almost every time you return to base.
