Introduction
This build was mostly for my own reference and play style with Morganna (who is My Favorite Champion) so if this build just doesn't work for you, you have been warned. Also,I do not expect it to work in ranked fights. In other words, I made this build for normal fights.
I chose these runes because you need a lot of power packed into your spells adn being able to punch through Magic resistance is a must for any magic caster.
Greater Mark of Insight does more for you than the Greater Mark of Force.
Greater Seal of Force its only a 2nd level Force rune but its still adds enough ap to be usefull.
Greater Glyph of Force Is a level 1 Force Rune (the best kind) so therefore you have to have it for Morgana.
Greater Quintessence of Force............... Enough said.

While you can use almost any combination of Summoner spells I have found that Ignite and ghost are the two best for Morgana.
Ghost: Allows you get away from a gank and it alost allows to jet across the map when you need to get into a position quickly.
Ignite: This is good for an early kill also it halves healing on who ever it casts.

Keep in Mind that Morganna uses a large amount of Mana early, so be careful when you throw down spells (for instance don't use Dark Binding on a Minion, use that in conjunction with "BP Oil Spill" on Champions).
Dark Binding is a useful finisher or starter for a damage spike. It holds them in place and
also deals a lot of damage (if the opponent and below 2000 hp and no magic resist this spell may very well kill them outright).
Tormented Soil is a useful minion killer mid to late game. It also lowers Enemy Champion's magic resist temporarily allowing you to do extra damage.
Depending on what Champions your team is fighting it may not be necessary to get Black Shield at all. For Instance I was recently fight a heavy Physical Damage team that also had a Lux. I leveled up a bit at bottom vs. their Rammus and Kogmaw. I still got black Sheild at level 5 because I knew that their Lux would start ganking eventually and it helps when trying to survive her Damage Burst.
Her Ultimate "Soul Shackles" is a team fight ability. If you stay alive long enough to finish channeling you could concevievably kill most if not all of your opponents. Not to mention it stuns them once channeling is done. It also works if you are being chased since it slows.

As I see it items such and Mejai's Soulstealer are not reliable overall, so I go for Hard AP which not only is more reliable it is easier to acquire that Soft AP, that and you won't lose your hard earned stacks when you die. I also decided to add in Will of the Ancients for the Spell Vamp Increase, which in turns improves Morganna's Survival Chances
