the first thing you buy is Doran's ring try to get mid use Tormented Soil to harass but mostly to get the ranged minions down for farm the more you hit the enemy chamy with it the more he has to move and give up creep kills. at lvl 1 get Tormented Soil and hit the ranged minions with it 2 time and they will die YAY early easy farm. at lvl 2 keep doing the Tormented Soil for minions and start very rarly using Dark Binding to hit the enemy champ it will scare them to keep there distance making them loose even more farm YAY. now at lvl 3-6 things get alil harder cuz Tormented Soil wont kill them in one hit but is a waste of mana to hit them twise so you hit them with Tormented Soil the tap them each once and they will die. lvl 7 by this time you should have your boots and your sirens tear and your Tormented Soil will kill ranged minions in 1 shot welcome to easy steet farming spam your skill to get your mana up as fast as posible as soon as you can get your arcangels staff do so your Tormented Soil will hit alot harder and dark binding will even scare there tank if he isnt fed by your team lol boots of speed should be bought before you finish the arc angels staff and upgraded so sorcerers shoes before you finish rod of ages
then just continue to farm and spam you ability to get your ap up alil tell you can aford
rabadons after that you are back on east street and there carries will be like minions to you lol keep in mind in team fights you team need your dark binding and ult so try not to miss the best team mate for morgana is a ranged carrie or op tank such as mord amumu or ramus if you are mid try to get kills as soon as posible late game morgana is kinda a snare bot and stuner she can take 1v1 any champ but its hard to take more than one person.
