You don't say enough about how the spells are only show what they do, movement runes are as doll on morgana as taking ad since you will not run so much faster with them but like 15ap is realy op early game. You say nothing about viable summoner spells just those that you have.

You might want to consider putting Zhonya's earlier in the build so you can land ult combos without dying.

The reason for the extra swiftness is often times its saved me from getting ganked outrunning the entire enemy team as well as helping secure ganks by being able to outrun the enemys even like ashe to land a root or even just a tormented soil to finish them off if their super low. Also gives slightly more mobility in ganking the other lanes and sense i don't use teleport it helps me get back to my lane just a little bit faster.

ps. i'm not convinced about the quint of swiftness, i dont find movement speed to be an issue with morg, imho you'd be better off having any kind of mage quint. as with E she is essentially ungankable, and R into E into Q into W makes her ult pretty damn hard to escape, especially if your teammates have any kind of crowd control. its a pretty damn good build tho.

i like this build, its what i build on my morg :) my only difference would be in my levelling of cooldowns, i tend to prefer to start: W,Q,E,Q,W,R oh and often i take a second doran's ring if forced to b early. also i find philosopher's stone to be pretty good early if mana/health are an issue in the lane, but the overall build is exactly what you wanna be building on morg, good work!
