Looks pretty good, but you might want to flesh out a couple things, like what starting item to buy. Also as a rule of thumb, never combine a %magic or armor reducer with a flat one. So never get both Youmuu's Ghostblade and Last Whisper, and the same goes for Void Staff and Abyssal Scepter. They don't stack well, and you end up getting what amounts to a reduced function out of both of them. I might also suggest Rylai's to help you net your ult better, or maybe include Will of the Ancients as a main item instead of an alternative to really capitalize on that inherent spell vamp. Overall, guide looks good though--it gives her the necessary toughness to wade into teamfights like she needs to.

Well, after you mentioned this problem there has to be a section of clearing this here and in my guide. What you said is not true, the penetration way is that first you get the % pen. then the flat. For example i have 100 armor, you've got 34+40% armor penetration so I will penetrate 74 armor. 100x0,6-34=26.
Also, I have never seen Will of the Ancients in ranked games on good Morgana players. So I will keep it in the optional part. Same about Rylai, it is totally useless on Morgana imo.

The guide could use a lot of expansion, and you should explicitly sort out the entire early-game build order (including starting items, when to get the catalyst, etc.), but overall it looks rather nice. I'm just not sure if it really needs to be upvoted further, given the relatively quality of existing Morgana builds here.

One fairly minor suggestion I have (unrelated to my opinions about the guide itself) in the build is to switch the one mastery point in Swiftness to Improved Recall . The lowered recall time is way more likely to save your life than an extra 2 move speed (assuming you're at 400, which Morgana almost never is...).

Well, because of you i added a whole new paragraph at the introduction to the guide: read thw whole guide before complaining about missing parts or bad mastery choices. Because i did not say you should take the 0.5% MS bonus either to take the reduced recall time, i said to CHOOSE YOURSELF. Thanks for rereading this part :)

Though as you recommended i tried to add more information about the early game itembuild which i detailed really well i guess, first in the items part and then redetailed it in the ranked game part.

Thanks for your feedback, I really prefer dark binding second because it adds longer snare the higher level it is on. And since i wanna play for damage and offensive support i upgrade that rather than shield.
