As it was said ... Gunblade -> waste. You can swap it for a Will of the ancients if you want addditionnal leach, it's cheaper and also benefits to your team with the +30AP aura.

Mejai comes far too late, you have to get it as first item so it could be used to its full potential.

50% of the Hextech stats are a waste. It doesn't give much for your money, and the passive Spell Vamp from Morgana should be enough to keep you alive.
The active use of Hextech is also rather weak.

Though, I'm personally a fan of the Deathfire Grasp. Love it's active, and it's stats are ok.

I also tend to switch out Mejai's to something that benefits me/my team more, as Mejai's is waaaaay to unreliable. But thats personal taste, I assume.
