Hi Choon! I was wondering what you think of ROA on viktor. If he wants to clear the wave over and over again it could help. Also for 3000 gold you get 120 ap, 800 mana and 500 hp (at lvl 18 if I'm not mistaken) so its extremely cost effective. And other than deathcap its the only ap item (except mejais) that has 120 ap.
Personally I believe RoA slows done Viktor's fast paced mage gameplay. Although I haven't played many games with RoA on Viktor, so far it hasn't done me any favors. I however do consider it a situational item in lanes like
