This build is amazing late game, and pushes to end the game easily.
The movement speed and attack speed destroys them, and easily takes down towers.
This has really good critical chance, and nearly crits every hit. It may be switched a little, like only using 2 phantoms and getting higher attack damage with a 3rd bloodthirster, which could possibly be a very good option. If somebody tries this and it works well, please let me know in the comments :3

This build with modifications can be used for other range chars. I've seen it used well with annie. It just need some modifications depending on the char.

It is best to use attack speed and attack damage runes.
With attack speed runes, you will most likely get up to 2.5 attack speed instead of 2.344 or whatever I get.
If somebody could figure out the amount of attack speed runes needed for 2.344 - 2.5 attack speed

It is best for masteries to go with things that increase attack speed, damage and crit strike, because that accents the items you are buying in the end.

The items I buy are the doran's blade and berserker greaves, then I get the components of buying zeal's and then upgrade them to phantom dancers. Then once I have 2 or 3, depending on if i use a sword of divine or not. If i do use a sword of divine, I first buy the recurve bow, then upgrade it to a sword of divine <-- optional. Then I buy a B.F sword and upgrade that to a bloodthirster later, and then when I have enough money, sell my Doran's and buy another Bloodthirster to finish it off.

Level up pick a card asap, and stacked deck is very helpful, because the 4th attack does bonus dmg. Wild cards is helpful for taking out large groups of minions and destiny is rather useless other than for the teleportation uses.

Any summoner spell may be used with this build. It does not make any difference, you just switch the mastery point from exhaust to whatever summoner spell you use. Exhaust is almost useless anyways, because you're so fast that you don't need to slow them.

The best thing to do off the start as tf is to farm minions, and harrass the enemy champs. With your pick a card you just keep hitting the champs with that as well as trying to get as many minions kills as possible. Then once you have your first phantom dancer which would be early in-game, then you can take out champions because you have about 1.5 attack speed and good movement speed.

This is a great build and I never go negative with it. You should end up with 1. bloodthirster 2. berserker greaves 3. Phantom Dancer 4. Phantom dancer 5. Phantom dancer OR Sword of divine 6. Bloodthirster. With that build, you will dominate, and push rather quickly.

PS. The sword of divine can be helpful, but you may switch it for a 3rd phantom dancer, just for the added movement speed and critical. It work's well both ways, especially since the sword of divine has the active. If you activate it, it cannot be dodged, which is very helpful when fighting certain chars, as they have high dodge.
