Your guide looks pretty good, though I have played games in which I am literally a lawnmower.I do play starter A LOT and I have found useful doing Q-E-R-W ability upgrade sequence, making the enemy jugglers fear me.I have been able to destroy with skarner a Jax and Xin zhao. Also I would like to recommend ad quintececences,ad marks, armor seals and magic resist glyphs.with these runes u can literally make the enemy team surrender beating up xins, jaxs, and even teemos.also it is very important to use the combos listed on this guide, they REALLY WORK.Finally I also suggest building cinder hulk then Tf, after that boots depending on who you are up against, sterak's, then righteous glory, and bloodthirster or any option from this guide. Also u don't need much mobility items because of your crystals all over the place. U can also try 4 black cleaver, titanic or ravenous hydra 4 the last item, and buy elixir of iron or wrath.
Thanks for the feedback i'm always up to trying new builds so i'll try that. i will get to updating this guide soon enough i was caught up in Dark souls 3 for a month or so lol.
I'm not the author but I know him. He usually tells me to build Sheen and then the Dead Man's Plate before completing the TF unless you get fed early on.
This is a guess on my part but the damage early from the Q is very minimal if you disregard the crystal buff it gives. While farming you should have your spires under your control meaning you already have this buff.
Starting with the E allows you to line up and hit all creatures in the camp and stun them each for 1s. I'm not sure how much of a difference it actually makes as far as which ability you start with. (myself I've noticed the E start leaves me with about 20% more total HP remaining than a Q start for the first clear)
Maxing the slow first definitely helps with stealing their carry. As far as the runes go it's pretty critical to have (I've only purchased 2/3 of them myself so far) but until then I just used my AD quints. AS probably works too.
Ah, I see. I guess that makes sense because sheen has that passive proc for the damage. Thanks!
For the leveling order, I'll try doing E first and I'll compare that to Q; Maxing E makes sense then. Thanks!
For the quints, I'll save it since they're critical :P
Thx!

Also, why does sheen take priority over stalker blade cinderhulk?
In your skill sequence, you do E --> W --> Q at the early levels. Isn't Q the most viable option when starting out?
On the rune page, since I'm not very rich for dem movement speed quints, what do u suggest as a replacement that would also work?
Thanks, a very well written guide :)
