Headslam on to keyboard.. Repeatedly until this build makes some sort of sense.. Cleanse + merc treads made me lol a bit.. Masteries with no magic pen, YUK.. Skill order questionable.. no -1 as I don't do that to Kassadin guides as mine is also a Kassadin guide and I have a biased opinion, but I really am not sure how viable this would actually be in a match and TBH I am extremely scared to try it..

Mana ***** Kass with survivability. I like it. Not too many people understand the importance of CDR with Kassadin. This guide looks balanced.
